Stacey Paradis

Stacey Paradis is the Executive Director of the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (MEEA) and is responsible for overseeing the operations of MEEA’s 25 person staff and $5 million budget. Stacey has been with MEEA since 2008 and most recently served as Deputy Director where she was responsible for MEEA’s public policy, membership, corporate and foundation fundraising, marketing, organizational conferences and events, and PR.

Mark Milby

Mark Milby, MEEA Program Manager, leads MEEA’s activities in industrial, integrated, and agricultural energy efficiency. Nick Dreher

Nick Dreher serves as MEEA’s Policy Manager, responsible for advancing state and federal energy efficiency policies, while developing strategic relationships with energy efficiency industry stakeholders. He oversees policy research and bill tracking in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Leah Scull

Leah Scull serves as a Policy Associate at MEEA. In this role, Leah monitors policy developments in Ohio, Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, Minnesota, and Iowa in addition to developing advocacy materials and coordinating education and outreach activities.
